This is the main control panel for everything related to advertising inside Meta’s ecosystem (Facebook + Instagram). From one dashboard you can manage Pages, ad accounts, Pixels, catalogs, and team member access.
If you run ads seriously — you can’t work without Business Manager. It’s the foundation for small businesses, agencies, and affiliate marketers.
Types of Business Manager
There are several main setups:
- $50 Limit
The entry-level version. You can spend up to $50 per day, but you can’t create new ad accounts.
- $250 Limit
The most common option. Daily spend up to $250, plus the ability to create up to 4 extra ad accounts. Usually more than enough for most workflows.
- Verified BM
No daily spend limits and up to 80 ad accounts. This is the level used by agencies and large-scale buyers.
Most affiliates and small teams go with the $250 option — it’s the best balance between cost and capabilities.
How to Buy Business Manager
If you’re not creating it yourself but buying a ready-made one:
- Only buy from trusted sellers.
- The package should include:
- BM ID (sometimes required),
- main invite link,
- backup invite link (optional).
After purchase: always remove other admins immediately. If you don’t, you risk losing the BM.
How to Set Up Business Manager (Step by Step)
- Open the invite link in your account.
- Link the BM and add a company name (for your own convenience).
- Enter your account password and access the settings.
- In Business Settings, add yourself as an ad account admin.
- Double-check that you have full permissions.
- Remove all unknown admins.
- Create a backup invite link (in case of logout or account freeze).
- Add your email to the ad accounts and assign yourself permissions.
- Link your payment card in the Payments section.
Now your BM is ready to run.
